Hi guys. Happy fathers day! Hope you are all having an amazing day! Last night I tried to make some cupcakes ,they started of well, I put all the right ingredients in and put them in the cases but I put too much mix in each case as I had made too much or didn't have big enough cases or something like that so I got out another heart shaped cake tin but I had run out of cases,so I grabbed some tiny cases and shoved the mix in them. I put them in the oven and set the timer. After 25 mins the recipe said they should be slightly brown, but my cupcakes were gigantic and a dark brown! I got out some icing and chopped some of the uneven tops of the cakes but I cut a bit to far down and it looked bad! I put some of the icing in a icing squeezer and tried to put them on the cakes, I wasn't happy with the result so I just grabbed a knife and spread around, I also did that with all the other cakes too. My dad came in and I had to show him , he said that I was a hero,I was so disappointed in myself, but the result was hilarious!. Again I hope you are having a great day! Hats.
